the commercial break workout

You can always make time for a workout!

With our favorite TV shows starting back up in January, it seems harder to squeeze in all we want to do during the precious evening hours after work or school. Give this quick workout a try during the commercial breaks of your favorite TV show and you can knock out your exercise for the day! xo.

*If you record your show, you can try this workout during the show, or don't fast forward through commercials and still do the workout in between. I'd recommend still scheduling a few days of cardio during the week, but this is a great way to burn some calories when you don't make it to the gym.

Total Body Commercial Break Workout

Complete as much of the workout as you can on the first commercial, then pick up where you left off during the second, and so on. Once you reach the end, you can start over.
  • 15 tricep dips
  • 15 push-ups
  • 15 double leg lifts
  • 15 bicycle crunches
  • 15 plie squats
  • 15 lunges [each leg]
  • 1 minute plank
